Maximus, Inc. is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support health enrollment services via phone, IVR, and web portals. Training is provided on-site with hybrid work options after the first week, and occasional on-site reporting may be required in San Antonio, TX.

The role emphasizes handling high-volume calls, translation support, and meeting QA targets while delivering excellent customer care for the Health Texas project.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and one additional language (Spanish preferred).
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain quality.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfort with using multiple computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to consumers and providers.
• Document and track all interactions in applicable systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Assist with translation/interpretation for non-English customers as needed.
• Meet QA and productivity metrics and participate in trainings.
