Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with 1+ year in customer service and order processing, strong phone manners, and attention to detail across high-volume interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Communication or equivalent.
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• 1+ years of experience in order processing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of active listening techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shipping log, create bills of lading, pick demands, and provide to warehouse to ship orders
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
• Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Document all customer interactions
• Meet personal and team quotas
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned
