Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Hampton, VA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #705014 to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while delivering excellent service. You will handle sales transactions, maintain store standards, stock displays, and support deliveries.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and formats.
Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
