Responsibilities

Provide excellent sales service to customers.
Assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs and present products.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions; set up displays.
Assist in loading/unloading and deliveries when needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products; discuss available options.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Suggest ways to improve sales.
