Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right paint and related products. This role emphasizes accurate sales transactions, product knowledge, and maintaining high store standards.

You will help customers in person and over the phone, build trust with clients, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while supporting inventory and display upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
