Carlton Farms is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for orders placed by phone and email. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails in both English and Spanish in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• 2 characters
• Take customer orders and enter them accurately the same day they are received.
• Need to place orders in time to meet daily order deadlines.
• Help customers find solutions for the products they wish to order, in terms of both timely delivery and desired product.
• Answer product, pricing, availability and delivery questions, and follow up on anything that cannot be answered on the first call.
• Adhere to pricing provided by the sales manager or general manager.
