Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in food distribution or logistics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to accurately process orders and maintain records.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Process orders, changes, and returns accurately.
• Provide product and service information and answer questions.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues while preserving a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and tracking shipments.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
