You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment, maintain CRM records, and generate routine reports. 5-day work week with some Sunday availability; $22/hour. Fluency in Spanish and English required; high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Food service or distribution industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via phone, email, or online systems.
• Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Respond to inquiries about products, services, and deliveries.
