Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bronx, NY to listen to customer issues and provide quick, accurate solutions. You will learn product knowledge and follow service policies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling calls and orders, running reports, offering substitutions, and supporting AR/AP tasks while collaborating with sales and production teams. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong technology and computer skills; Canopy experience a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude; able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and orders; enter orders into the system.
• Run production reports and communicate inventory issues.
• Inform customers of substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Coordinate with outside sales and other teams to resolve issues.
• Build relationships and provide excellent service; support AR/AP tasks.
