Job summary

AllianceOne, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Expert in Port St. Lucie, FL. You will handle inbound patient calls, resolve account issues, and negotiate payment solutions to provide the best options for customers.

Excellent communication and the ability to multitask are required. Training is 1 week, 9:00–17:30, with shifts from 7:00–23:00 across 7 days. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience; call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional phone presence
• Willing to work onsite in Port St. Lucie, FL 34952
• Shift training includes 1 week 9am-5:30pm; shifts 7am-11pm, 7 days a week

• Receive incoming calls from patients and address account issues
• Negotiate payment solutions and guide patients to best options
• Assist customers with transactions and payment processing
• Follow client and company guidelines to provide accurate information
