Job summary

Lovibond by Tintometer, Inc. in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Associate to join the Lovibond team and help us put customers first by delivering excellent service and strong product experiences.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain and focuses on processing orders, shipping, invoicing, and CRM data entry while maintaining accuracy and high customer satisfaction. Bilingual Spanish is required; prior ERP/data-entry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience entering data into a database or computer software.
• Experience with daily office tasks (phone, fax, filing).
• Knowledge of ERP software preferred (Traverse).
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Professional in all customer interactions; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, video calls, and phone to maintain and improve the customer experience.
• Review incoming purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Research and resolve order errors for processing.
• Enter sales orders into the ERP system.
• Respond to inquiries on pricing and product availability.
• Generate pick tickets and prepare order documentation.
• Coordinate with production, sales, warehouse, and delivery to trace shipments.
• Maintain customer information in the CRM and enter leads.
• Backup other customer service staff as needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information securely.
