Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in California. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit. The role involves assisting across departments, stocking, and processing orders with a customer-first approach.

Work is typically in-store with flexible part-time hours, opportunities for growth, and access to Lowe’s benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (unassisted)

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
