Lowe’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products for home improvement, and provide friendly, problem-solving service in-store.

You will assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other departments to ensure excellent service. Previous retail experience preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
