You will handle mail and calls, assist with attorney calendars, greeting clients, process payments, and maintain accurate filing. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual — Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Computer literate; proficient with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the company.
• Handle all incoming mail and high-volume calls.
• Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms.
• Organize and file legal documents.
• Take payments and manage client invoices.
• Detail-oriented and interpersonal communication skills.
