Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Newton, NC is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver top-notch service to commercial and residential customers. You will build strong relationships, assist with orders in person, by phone, or online, and help manage inventory to support store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management while maintaining safety.
