SiteOne Landscape Supply in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, build relationships, and assist with inventory and merchandising while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Requirements include 1 year in retail/wholesale, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions in person, via phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory and maintain a safe working environment.
