You will build relationships, assist with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering, and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve business performance
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining safety
