Cothran Carroll State Farm Insurance is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and drive office growth. This in-person role focuses on service, team support, and delivering measurable retention results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service experience, bilingual Spanish, and the ability to obtain state insurance licenses. You will review accounts, renewals, and recommendations to protect our community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience (recommended).
• Leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
