You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advance within a supportive office. A license in property and casualty is encouraged and base salary plus commissions provide

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate information about insurance policies.
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately.
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism.
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews.
• Follow up to support customer loyalty and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system.
