Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research account activity and resolve past-due balances.
• Contact customers by phone/email about delinquencies and negotiate payments.
• Maintain detailed notes and accurate records on delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with field reps on retention and cancellation efforts.
• Process and manage service terminations and cancellations with proper approvals.
• Prepare and file legal documents when required.
