Job summary

First Fidelity Bank is seeking a Bilingual Customer Resolution Specialist to provide outstanding service in English and Spanish across phone, live chat, and digital channels.

You will resolve client inquiries, assist with loans and new accounts, and collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. A sign-on bonus is offered and ongoing training supports your development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of banking and/or contact center experience.
• Strong listening, empathy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service via phone, mobile app, and live chat.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues using bank systems; take ownership of inquiries.
• Assist clients with loan and new account applications; schedule branch closings.
• Input disputes for clients via telephone and internet.
• Support Virtual Bank, Banno, and Chat services as needed.
