Job summary

VAL-CO, a leader in poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, seeks a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist for its Coldwater, Ohio facility. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is an individual contributor in the Customer Service team, with a 40-hour workweek from 8:00am to 5:00pm and a one-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Associate degree in business, marketing or related area or 3+ years in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Experience with international freight/logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and effective communication with assigned customers and deliver a superb customer experience across the order management process.
• Manage orders from entry to shipping.
• Know when issues are beyond your control and connect customers with the right person to resolve them.
• Proactively respond to inquiries to ensure successful order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Resolve problems promptly to retain customer loyalty and coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and credits.
• Maintain order review and reports and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
