BY Recruiting seeks a bilingual Customer Service Support for a client in the Detroit area. You will be the friendly contact for customers and internal sales on orders, shipments, and inventory, ensuring smooth processes and timely information.

You will handle inquiries, maintain logs, assist with ERP-related tasks, and support reporting while upholding high service standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; logistics/industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about orders, shipments, product information, and inventory.
• Meet a 2-hour call-back standard and advocate for customer satisfaction.
• Support monthly operations reporting and data entry into logs/spreadsheets.
• Assist with warehouse transfer, repack and relabel in ERP system.
• Make thank-you survey calls to new customers and help complete surveys.
• Document customer complaints and route to Customer Service Manager.
• Cross-train for team backup and PTO coverage.
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings to enhance team performance.
