Qualifications include college coursework or 2 years of experience, familiarity with MS Windows/Office, and bilingual Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• Any college coursework or 2 years equivalent customer service experience.
• Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications.
• Being the front lines on the phones, email, webchat and our web form for customer inquiries.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Familiarity with Hootsuite and Review Trackers (strongly preferred but not required)
