GoCardless is seeking a client-facing specialist to resolve queries, improve onboarding, and verify accounts for safe transactions. You will communicate with English- and French-speaking clients daily via emails, chats, and calls, collaborating with Payment Operations, Engineering and Customer Success teams.

You'll work with Zendesk, Slack, Jira and other tools, bringing a proactive mindset to improve internal processes while growing your career in a diverse environment.
