Randstad Sourceright is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support a major client. You will manage onboarding formalities, coordinate with training providers, and prepare contracts for new joiners.

The role requires bilingual English and French proficiency and experience in HR onboarding or admin tasks. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities for professional growth, teamwork, and engagement across client projects.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Experience in HR onboarding, recruitment or admin roles a plus.
• Able to handle last-minute cases and adapt quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with new joiners and teams.
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative in a hybrid setting.

Responsabilités

• Contact candidates to guide them through hiring formalities.
• Coordinate with schools and training orgs for required information.
• Prepare contracts and candidate files for new joiners.
• Dispatch emails from shared inbox to relevant teams.
• Monitor registrations and document approvals.
• Track invoicing related to training activities.
• Participate in client discussions and project updates.
