Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or similar
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Proven ability to handle escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathy
• Experience with CRM platforms and basic data tools (Excel/Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Handle complex inquiries and escalated cases related to solar projects, billing, and scheduling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and SLAs, monitor trends for improvements
• Support teammates during high-volume periods and team huddles
