7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide responsive support across phone, live chat, email, and other channels. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with registrations and LMS navigation, and document interactions to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or service-focused role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer channels.
• Education requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other channels while managing multiple conversations.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve inquiries using approved processes and resources.
• Explain program information, schedules, registrations, and LMS navigation clearly.
• Apply active listening, empathy, and professional service to minimize escalations.
• Assist with registrations, payments, and navigating digital learning resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions across systems.
