Job summary

Age Bold Inc. is seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Associate to conduct high-volume outreach and drive enrollment and program completion for Medicare members.

This part-time role (up to 29 hours/week) follows a 8-5pm PST schedule and reports to the Manager of Member Experience. You’ll excel if you communicate effectively, manage CRM tools, and maintain empathy while supporting seniors with online workouts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a customer support representative.
• Effective communication with empathetic listening.
• Experience with CRMs and customer service tools (HubSpot, Insightly, Slack, JustCall).
• Organized and detail oriented, able to manage high volume of work.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Direct daily interactions with older adults preferred (senior living, health startup).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to report bugs with detailed descriptions to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Actively conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily.
• Complete assigned tickets each day.
• Maintain an >80% phone answer rate weekly.
• Serve as a hub for inbound questions about Bold and offerings.
• Maintain 92%+ customer satisfaction score.
• Act as voice between customer and Bold.
