You will navigate servicing platforms, document interactions, and maintain compliance while delivering timely responses. This role offers competitive hourly pay, a performance bonus up to $450 per month, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in call center, retail, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and respond to borrower inquiries regarding loan servicing, payment history, and account status.
• Make outbound calls to provide updates and support follow-up needs.
• Respond to borrower emails and written communications in a timely, professional manner.
• Navigate servicing platforms to research accounts and resolve inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and account activity accurately in the system of record.
• Follow SOPs to meet service level goals and maintain data privacy.
