Goal Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support borrowers in inbound/outbound communications, maintain compliant documentation, and ensure accurate service across our servicing operations. You will navigate multiple servicing platforms, respond to emails and calls, and uphold procedures to meet service levels while protecting data privacy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support borrowers through inbound and outbound communication, ensuring interactions and follow-up align with procedures and compliance.
• Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic bilingual support in English and Spanish.
• Navigate servicing platforms to research accounts and resolve borrower inquiries.
• Record and track customer interactions and account activity.
