First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a friendly and detailed Customer Service Associate to deliver PREMIER customer service and support branch sales and servicing activities. You will determine customers' banking needs and provide personalized financial solutions across products.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening/closing accounts, and maintaining knowledge of deposit and loan platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, process transactions accurately, and protect confidentiality.
• Handle account openings/closures for Checking, CD, Savings, Money Market, and IRA.
• Maintain customer records and core system knowledge.
• Meet annual goals for checking and loan products.
• Understand consumer loan underwriting up to $25,000 and privacy laws.
• Develop referral network to grow customers.
• Participate in community events to raise brand awareness.
• Perform teller duties as assigned.
