Job summary

First PREMIER Bank seeks a Bilingual Customer Care Associate (English/Spanish) to provide frontline support via phone, email and messaging. You will resolve inquiries, verify identity, and guide customers through banking processes while deepening relationships with the bank.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year in banking or customer service. Full-time schedule in Sioux Falls, SD with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate clearly with customers.
