Job summary

• Handles inbound customer calls/emails/texts related to delinquency, hardship, complaints, or loan assumptions.
• Coordinates with third-party servicers for account changes or adjustments as needed.
• Documents all customer interactions with clear notes and ensures compliance with policies.
