Responsibilities

• Process invoices and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives through communications and product updates.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to align production with delivery expectations.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related service issues.
• Partner with quality and operations teams to resolve issues.
