KLA Industries in Oklahoma seeks a bilingual Customer Care Specialist to serve as the primary customer contact, manage orders, and support sales initiatives across domestic and Latin American markets.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction, applying ERP/CRM tools and strong communication. Exempt, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• ERP/CRM experience with SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email, building relationships.
• Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets; maintain data in ERP.
• Prepare quotations and support sales initiatives through customer communications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, and quality to align delivery and resolve issues.
