Job summary

Avail Customer Care Representative at Realtor.com is the frontline for landlords and tenants using Avail.co. You will guide users through the renter and landlord lifecycle by phone and email, resolving low to medium complexity issues and building helpful self-serve resources.

You will work in a hybrid setup at our Scottsdale, AZ offices, bringing your people skills and clear communication to a fast-growing real estate tech company. English and some Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supporting customers by taking high volume inbound calls.
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Expert-level written and oral communication.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce and JIRA preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of Avail.co products and services.
• Guide and support customers through phone and email channels as they learn the renter and landlord lifecycle from beginning to end.
• Help customers troubleshoot issues of low to medium complexity levels.
• Answer questions for landlords and tenants about topics such as: list a property, apply, build a compliant lease, and ACH payments.
• Identify the need for and create self-help solutions for customers and internal team members.
• Be your authentic self in each and every conversation.
