Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business through daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform duties outside the office when needed, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Ensure security protocols and cash drawer management.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multi-task to meet targets.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain full-time, in-person attendance including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
