Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across Novi stores.

The role emphasizes sales achievement, accurate transactions, stock maintenance, and occasional deliveries. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide high levels of customer service and help meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policy.
• Maintain stock and displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Assist in deliveries when required.
