Markent Personnel is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Specialist to act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and coordination with internal teams. You will drive customer satisfaction while supporting sales and order processing for domestic and Latin American markets.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer service, order management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assistance with customer concerns.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and order records within an ERP system.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
• Process invoices and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives through customer communications, promotional materials, and product updates.
• Work collaboratively with sales and other internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with customer delivery expectations.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related customer service issues.
• Partner with quality and operations teams to resolve product or order concerns.
