Job summary

Silver Eagle Distributors Houston seeks an administrative support specialist to assist multiple teams and maintain customer accounts. The role covers order entries, file management, and responsive service for internal and external customers.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, support meetings, and help keep licenses up to date, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Starting wage is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred or 1-2 years clerical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Answer service inquiries via telephone and internet in a patient, knowledgeable and professional manner. Transfers calls to appropriate internal departments.
• Performs outbound telephone calls to existing customers to assist with their order entry.
• Maintains current customer accounts including licensing and location updates. Opens new accounts with Sales.
• Provides administrative support for orders, sales history, delivery information and other account inquiries.
• Resolves product or service issues by researching and resolving; escalates when needed.
• Handles postage and distributes mail and packages; arranges meeting rooms and monitors supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
