Job summary

Lukos in Los Fresnos, TX seeks a Custody and Removal Coordinator to support ICE operations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, and at least two years in victim services or trauma-informed programs, with confinement experience. A Bachelor's in social work or related field is required; Master’s is preferred.

The role will be at detention facilities or ICE offices with safety-focused operations. Travel may be required; position contingent upon contract award and background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with needs, requests from detained noncitizens using appropriate forms or processes.
• Assist ERO officers with parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities as requested by ERO HQ.
• Support ERO and detention facility staff to ensure compliance with policies and detention standards.
• Provide information on services to detained noncitizens and answer questions.
