You will handle BOLs, track shipments, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and provide timely updates to customers by phone and email.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in customer service within 3PL logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, and order entry.
• Experience with shipment tracking, shipping and receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading and other shipping documents.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates regarding order status, pickups, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and Spanish.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, order issues, and delivery concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, shipment details, and order documentation.
• Use WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office as needed.
• Support daily logistics operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
