Job summary

Navicore Solutions is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Success Representative for a fully remote, nationwide role in the United States. You will support clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program, handling inbound calls and emails while guiding them toward financial wellness and staying on track with commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Empathy, professionalism, and compassion when assisting clients.
• Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls.
• Typing 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program.
• Help clients manage accounts and communicate with creditors.
• Respond to emails and written inquiries from clients and creditors.
• Provide guidance, support, and solutions regarding program accounts.
• Work with creditors to secure and maintain payment arrangements.
• Deliver compassionate, professional service while helping clients stay engaged in their financial wellness goals.
