Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required or equivalent work experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication, verbal and written.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing within 1 year.
• Ability to enter data, generate reports and use various software/databases.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate case files for each client.
• Develop individualized supervision case plans per protocols.
• Explain probation conditions and case plans to clients.
• Meet with clients to evaluate progress and apply rewards/sanctions.
• Document all contacts and prepare reports for courts/referral agencies.
• Travel to jail, court, and other sites; provide own transportation.
• Testify in court regarding client compliance.
• Attend trainings and meetings and maintain regular attendance.
