Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, a social science or related field.
• Experience or substitution allowed for equivalent education.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to develop case plans and perform assessments.
• Proficiency in data entry, reporting and using various databases and software.
• Motivational Interviewing experience within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for probation clients to support successful completion.
• Develop individualized supervision case plans based on established protocols.
• Maintain confidential client and program information.
• Carry out duties according to company policies, laws and contracts.
• Maintain complete case files and generate required reports for courts/referral agencies.
• Meet with clients to evaluate progress and apply rewards/sanctions per policy.
• Coordinate with courts, probation and criminal justice agencies; travel to meet clients.
