You will apply behavioral change techniques, supervise client progress, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or substitutions), strong data entry and reporting skills, and the ability to interact with courts and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Substitution of education with relevant work experience allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Proven proficiency in case management and client assessments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to enter data, generate reports, and use multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for a caseload of Diversion and Transition clients.
• Develop individualized supervision plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidential client and company information.
• Coordinate with courts, probation and other agencies.
• Attend trainings and meetings and maintain accurate records.
