Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution allowed with related work experience.
• Motivational Interviewing experience within 1 year.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop assessments and case plans.
• Must pass background check and be granted access to state criminal databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for probation clients and monitor compliance.
• Develop individualized supervision plans and explain conditions to clients.
• Maintain accurate case files and timely documentation for court/reporting.
• Coordinate with courts, probation, and community resources; travel to jail or court as needed.
• Attend trainings and maintain regular attendance.
