Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation in Philadelphia seeks a Bilingual Treatment Court Case Manager to coordinate services for participants in the Philadelphia Drug Treatment Court. You will liaise with treatment facilities and the legal team to monitor progress and address recovery needs, supporting 40–50 individuals.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to conduct monthly participant supervision, document in CRS/PAJCIS, and present summaries during court sessions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework and 1+ years direct participant contact in addiction recovery, mental health, or behavioral health.
• Or an Associate degree with 2+ years in human services including 1+ years direct participant contact in addiction recovery, mental health, or behavioral health.
• Preferred: experience with forensic participants who have abused illicit substances.
• Preferred: experience in courtroom presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to participants in the Philadelphia Drug Treatment Court.
• Supervise each participant monthly at the Treatment Court Case Management Office to assist recovery needs.
• Liaise between treatment facility and legal team; inform parties of treatment progress and any issues.
• Prepare progress summaries and present at court on designated Wednesdays.
• Deliver comprehensive services in housing, education, vocation, HIV, and recovery community supports for 40–50 individuals.
• Document services in participant records per agency standards and licensing requirements; use DAP format.
• Document interactions in CRS and PAJCIS databases; include calls, progress and status updates.
• Prepare graduation packets for Phase IV and provide monthly caseload statistics.
• Assist participants with enrollment in Department of Public Assistance services.
• Develop inter-organizational links and foster collaborative relationships with program entities.
• Conduct urine drug screens for participants.
• Meet regularly with participants at treatment facilities and recovery houses; follow up on sanctions and phase progress.
• Check email and voicemail daily; case management unit serves participants, families, facilities, judge, and legal team.
• Assess progress using ASAM criteria in individual sessions and reflect accuracy in the care level.
