Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Clear and courteous communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Effective problem-solving skills in responding to customer inquiries and issues.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to work overtime during peak seasons and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter in the company system.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to support timelines.
• Participate in inventory activities including cycle counts and receiving.
• Collaborate with team to communicate customer needs and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safe practices.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow company policies and adapt to evolving duties.
